Vintage 1950s Occupied Japan Duck Ornament
This sweet, miniature duck is typical of the expressive ceramics produced in Japan at the time of WWII.

This little figurine was sourced in the U.S. by R+R and was likely produced in the war years of 'Occupied Japan'.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition, simply showing heavy, age related surface crazing to its glaze, which is very common with this era of ceramics and a little discolouration to its base. It is free of damage, chips or cracks throughout.
